LASER CUTTING SERVICES

Using the hi-tech PRIMA Platino 3 KW laser cutter we offer a high accuracy, low cost service to all of our customers.  Intricate and complex shapes can be cut, etched and marked without the need for de-burring.  Laser cutting is faster than any other cutting profile and the product has a superior edge quality.

We can cut:

• Aluminum > 8mm
• Stainless Steel >12mm
• Mild steel >20mm
• Components as large as 3000 by 1500 mm can be handled.

FOLDING

Using the latest High Tec Amada HFE CNC 170 ton, (7 Axis), 3 metre Press Brake, we can now offer a high degree of accuracy and speed to meet all your folding requirements.

SHEET METAL FABRICATION AND WELDING

We can offer MIG/TIG, aluminum, stainless steel and stud welding.  Using the latest technology, we offer a first class service.
